Description: 45 minutes of touch rugby to help develop your passing and running

Rugby Sevens
Day: Tuesday (second half of Lent Term)

Description: Preparations for Seven’s tournaments

Summer League hockey
Day: Monday (girls), Tuesday (girls) & Wednesday (boys)
Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm
Venue: Oxford Hawks Hockey Club, Banbury Road North
Open to: Second Form - Upper Sixth
MIC: Mr R Hobely
Description: This is a chance to play a fast paced game, against and with adults. It
will include weekly matches in May, June and July.

Swimming
Day: Monday
Time: 3:50pm-4:50pm
Venue: Swimming Pool
Open to: All
Selection: First come, first served
MIC: Mrs D Massey
Description: 45 minutes spent lane swimming to improve fitness and technique
with individual help if required. Students benefit from regular swimming as a
form of relaxation and having their own individual space and quiet time in the
pool. Some benefit from more competitive swimming, improving times and
personal stamina. Rehabilitation can also be beneficial, especially if injured.
Skills learnt: All strokes including diving, if required.
