The school’s 1st xi was a young side that played with plenty of spirit. it was
expertly led by Lauren Thomas, the outstanding 1st xi GK for the past three years,
with her performances earning her Player of the Season. Amelia Hagan, Catherine
Belcher and Hannah Ashley, were a great support for Lauren when times were
tough against Wellingborough, Cheltenham Ladies College and Malvern. They will
be missed and i wish to thank the upper Sixth Form for their service to Bloxham’s
hockey over the past five years.
