Charles Robert Gilman (Wn 47-52) passed away in December 2020 from Covid. While at Bloxham, Charles was Chairman of the Young Farmers Club, a House Prefect, in the 3rd XV rugby and a member of the School Stage Club. His son told us that he lived a long and happy life being a farmer in Staffordshire and enjoyed country pursuits. Charles often recounted the story of how cold it was when he joined Bloxham in January 1947!
