On the last day of the Lent term, the Headmaster and the Chair of the Old Bloxhamist Society, Jolyon Griffiths (Ry 74-79) hosted Old Bloxhamists and the current School prefects for a wonderful evening together.
Guests attended Evensong in the School Chapel. The uplifting service was led by Father Alex. A drinks reception in the Egerton Library followed and guests then enjoyed a delicious three-course meal.
After the meal, the Headmaster gave an address and updated OBs on recent school successes and events and guests also heard from current School Captains, Jake and Annie about their time at school and prefect life.
We were delighted to welcome Yanto ‘Alf’ Evans (Ry 75-79) as our Guest Speaker. Alf entertained his audience with daring stories of his time at Bloxham and his remarkable life in the military and security services.
Much merriment was had by all with past and current Bloxhamists comparing stories of life at School.
