This District Final had students from Bloxham to Uxbridge and everywhere in between! Holly B., Fourth Form, competed with the following menu:

Served with Beetroot

For Main:

Pan friend Marinated Duck Breast with Pear

Served with Celeriac, Bacon and Savoy Cabbage

To Finish:

A Bag of 1980’s style sweets

After a hard fought day, Holly B. came in close second and was awarded the dish of the day for her main course. Mr Harvey, Head of Food and Nutrition, said: “Holly was amazing and has been rewarded for her dedication, focus and desire to learn and improve!”

Holly now takes her place in the Regional Finals with a place in the National Finals at stake. We wish Holly the best of luck for the next round.
