Last week Lower School students were entered for the Junior Mathematics Challenge, a national problem solving competition run by the United Kingdom Maths Trust (UKMT).
Each year Bloxham School enters students for the Junior Challenge (First and Second Form), Intermediate Challenge (Third to Fifth Form) and Senior Challenge (Sixth Form). Earlier in the year six students, who were entered into the Intermediate Challenge, successfully progressed through to the next round of the competition which took place in March. Congratulations to Sophia A. , George B. , Sam O., Shamilla M., Hannah B. and Alvin L.
We look forward to receiving the results from last week’s Junior Challenge.
A special thanks goes to Mr Best for organising the entries for this online competition and congratulations to the students below for their placings in the Intermediate Challenge.
