On Tuesday 9th October, we welcomed Nathan Martin, Director of Global Thought Leadership to Bloxham to highlight research from Pearson, NESTA and Oxford Martin School entitled The Future of Skills: Employment 2030.
Nathan presented the findings of the research to a group including senior leaders from local Primary, Secondary and Preparatory schools; members of Banbury’s Chamber of Commerce; Old Bloxhamists and parents.
The group discussed what the future work place will look like for our students, what skills will be important to succeed and how to teach with these in mind. It was a thought provoking session, with many engaging questions and debate from the audience.
