Today marks the beginning of National Careers Week (5th ‘ 10th March) and students across the UK are using this as an opportunity to think about their future.
Throughout the course of this week, students at Bloxham School are being invited to undertake a number of daily tasks, ranging from Labour Market quizzes to apprenticeship talks and work experience challenges:
- Monday: The Future of Work ‘ Tutor Time Quiz
- Tuesday: Inspirational Quotes and Research Tasks
- Wednesday: Apprenticeships Day – Assembly led by Jordan Cook (Old Bloxhamist and current Apprentice at BAE), Apprenticeship Application Workshops & Q&A Sessions.
- Thursday: National Careers Competition
- Friday: 5 Tips on How to Enhance your Work-Based Skills
