The Fourth Form undertook ‘etiquette training’ on Wednesday afternoon with a visiting speaker, learning the art of conversation, of dressing appropriately for the occasion, of laying a table and table manners.
They then had a the annual Fourth Form Dinner on Friday evening at which they put these ‘skills’ into action. With a dress code of ‘suits’ they went to lots of effort to attend very smartly and appropriately attired. They looked after one another and were extremely good company for our guest staff, all of whom commented on their enjoyment of the evening.
There were heartfelt thanks to the catering staff for a superb dinner and all students stayed to help clear up and put the dining room back to its normal state – grateful thanks to all involved.
