As part of their preparation for their forthcoming confirmation on 11th May, our confirmation class went to iFLY in Milton Keynes on Sunday to take a more physical ‘leap of faith’ at the indoor sky diving centre.
A couple of students were a little reluctant beforehand to enter the chamber with the amazingly strong wind, but all managed to fly and went back into the chamber a second time to try to improve their flying skills.
It proved a fun and memorable activity which will hopefully inspire the students as they step out in faith in a few weeks time.
