Last week, a handful of Bloxham music students attended a String Masterclass with the Carducci Quartet at Stowe School.
Four stellar Bloxham string players were put through their paces with the best String Quartet in the country at Stowe in a masterclass last week. The Carducci String quartet forensically dissected every bar of the Haydn Quartet the Bloxhamists performed and transformed their phrasing, dynamics and energy within minutes. A terrific experience for all involved and amazing opportunity for Bloxhamists to hear music making of a professional standard.
Well done to everyone that took part in a brilliant afternoon of musical talent.
