Bloxham School Music Graduate, Aaron King, will be conducting Cyrano de Bergerac: A New Musical from the Keble O’Reilly Theatre, Oxford, during Half Term.

Aaron and his co-writer, Sam Norman, have turned one of France’s best-loved stories, The Tale of Cyrano de Bergerac into a musical. It was developed in workshops last year with Claude-Michel Schenberg (Les Misérables, Miss Saigon) and Aaron is the production’s Composer and Musical Director.

Cyrano de Bergerac: A New Musical is a romantic story of a French swordsman assuming his friend’s identity to win a lady’s heart; a swashbuckling story of war, duels and rivalry; and a heart-breaking story of unspoken love and the fear of rejection.
