Bloxham parents enjoyed their own take on the traditional Burns Night Supper last Saturday, with a dinner and ceilidh at the Great Barn in Aynho.

Guests were piped into the Great Barn’s wonderful dining hall, decorated in tartan for the evening, where they tucked into a sumptuous feast of haggis and Scottish salmon. Later, the dance floor was full as The Old Mettle Dance Band got everyone on their feet for the ceilidh. Special thanks must go to Mark Krajewski for delivering the Address to the Haggis with such flair, and to Edward Gardiner for reading the Selkirk Grace.
