Four Bloxham boys have been selected to be a part of the Midlands Lambs rugby squad
Four Bloxham students have been selected to be a part of the Midlands Lambs rugby squad, a team bringing together boys from independent schools across the region.
2015 is the first year that Bloxham has put forward players to try out for The Lambs and everyone is delighted for the successful boys, George Cassell, Will Beament, George Barbeary and George Ding.
George Barbeary will represent the Lambs at Scrum Half, George Cassell will play in the back row and Will Beament and George Ding are both front row forwards. Bloxham has the biggest representation of any school in the squad. This is a fantastic achievement for the boys, who were up against some tough competition in the selection process. The Lambs were formed back in 2006 as an invitational side along the lines of the Barbarians, giving boys the opportunity to showcase their rugby skills at representative level.
