Bloxham has a thriving equestrian squad which has become increasingly successful when competing in inter school competitions over the years. We welcome riders at all levels and are especially keen to help foster confidence and ability for newer riders. Our teams attend NSEA and SEG events and are regular qualifiers for the National Championships in all three disciplines. We are delighted to have been crowned SEG100 Eventing Champions in 2021 and also NSEA Eventer Challenge 90 Champions in 2024!
A well-attended activity club runs once or twice a week at nearby venues for horse owners where expert tuition is available at all levels. We also offer training for non-horse owners who have the opportunity to learn riding and horsemanship from grassroots level safely at a local riding school.
Bloxham runs its own annual competition, The Bloxham Eventer Challenge Series throughout the winter at Aston le Walls cumulating in our own championship in February. This has proved extremely popular with many schools throughout the region.
