Wilberforce House

Wilberforce House is named after an Oxford Bishop who worked closely with the school’s founder, Philip Egerton, in the 1860s.

Home to around 60 female residents, it is situated in the heart of the campus, beside the Great Hall and the Vallance Library Building.

Housemistress

Pippa joined Bloxham in April 2022 as a PE teacher and a hockey coach, teaching both GCSE and A Level PE alongside core PE.

She became Wilberforce Housemistress at the start of the Summer Term of 2023. Pippa is a keen hockey player and enjoys staying active. She loves switching off with a good book and holidays with her family. Pippa is working towards a life coaching qualification in her free time, and is joined on-site by her husband and two young boys.
