The beginning of the Summer Term has seen the return of House Sport at Bloxham and the results are in for the House Netball and Hockey tournaments!
Netball
This year’s Senior House Netball included teams from all four Houses in the main competition with Raymond, Merton, Wilberforce and Stonehill competing in a round robin tournament. Raymond came out on top winning all their games, with some effortless through court play.
The results from Stonehill, Merton and Wilberforce were much closer, with a couple of goals between each of them, with some games going to the wire and teams scoring on the final second of play. The B and C competitions were much less close affairs, with Raymond winning the B competition and Wilberforce winning the Cs.

Hockey
After missing out on most of their season, it was great to see Bloxham’s boys back playing hockey once again! Over 100 senior boys spent the afternoon representing their Houses in either the 11 or 7-a-side fixtures. The afternoon was hugely competitive with a great deal of hockey talent on show. Congratulations to Seymour for securing the Trophy and to Wilson for taking home the Plate.
