Following on from their physical jump of faith at the indoor skydiving a few weeks ago, eight pupils from across the school made a spiritual leap of faith on Friday at the Confirmation Service.
Watched on by many of their friends, teachers and family, the students confirmed the promises made over them at their baptism. The Bishop of Dorchester, Rt Revd Colin Fletcher OBE, prayed for the Holy spirit to come upon each of them, strengthen them and help them to live out the promises they had made.
It was a powerful service and a reminder for all attending of the challenge of living out our faith today.
