Last weekend, our clay pigeon shooting team did fantastically well winning the Oxford Challenge!

Yesterday, our clay pigeon shooting team did fantastically well winning the Junior Competition at The Oxford Challenge at Oakley.

The team also enjoyed individual achievements from Exham House students Teddy and Elspeth, who both won silver in the Junior Boys and Junior Girls High Gun competitions.

Bloxham’s senior A team placed a very creditable fourth, with Warwick taking the title and Royal Agriculture University and Millfield in second and third place. Bloxham were just seven clays behind first place, so it was a very close competition!

A special mention to the junior B team who enjoyed their first taste of a shooting competition – they scored very well and learnt so much from the experience.

Thank you to everyone who supported on the day, and well done to all students that took part.
