Bloxham School was delighted to welcome neighbours and guests from the local area to its community Christmas lunch.
Over 120 guests joined school staff for a sumptuous lunch of turkey and all the trimmings, which had been expertly prepared by the Bloxham catering team. All the food and drink for the lunch had been kindly donated by the school’s catering suppliers and thanks are owed to Banbury Butchers, Worcester Produce, Bidfood, Philip Dennis, Crown Water & Coffee and SH Jones for their generosity. Guests joined in a lively raffle in aid of the school’s chosen charity, Mary’s Meals, keeping their fingers crossed they would win one of the fabulous prizes. The lunch ended with cracker jokes and carols, led by our Chaplain, Rev. Duncan Weaver. The event was a lovely way to spread some Christmas cheer to our neighbours: we hope to have you back again soon.
