Last night, Old Bloxhamist, Tom Noble hosted the second OB Careers Networking event at Metro Bank.
OBs who are connected to the recruitment and/or banking industry met at Metro Bank last night for the second networking event. Hosted by Tom Noble (Eg 1998-2005) and his colleagues, Lola, Maria and Chris, who each shared their background in banking, recruitment, and how they were came to work for Metro Bank.
With the ambition to change the way Britain bank, Metro Bank first opened its doors in the summer of 2010, making it the first high street bank to open in the UK in over 100 years. Their approach to recruitment is underpinned by a number of core values, meaning they “hire for attitude and train to skill”.’
