Oxbridge under 23s enjoy triumph against the combined forces in the annual series.
On Saturday, Old Bloxhamist Harry Moir (Eg 2010-15) joined fellow student rugby players in the annual Oxbridge under 23s match against the Combined Services under 23s at Twickenham. This game was the warm-up match to the Army vs Navy final which took place late that afternoon; an exciting day for all involved!
Harry came on as second row for the second half of the match, and after an entertaining and close game, the Oxbridge side won 36 – 30. This win extends the university team’s lead in the series by five wins to two. Both sides had lunch before taking their place in the stand to watch the final.
