We’re looking for a highly efficient individual to support the Music and Sports Departments in a busy school setting, combining your administrative expertise with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and pupils.
This position is based in the Administration Department and answers to the Directors of Music and Sport. You will ensure smooth operations, effective communication with stakeholders, and efficient management of administrative systems for both departments.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
- Experience of administrative work
- Experience in using Microsoft Office to a high standard
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to relate to a wide range of people
