This year’s OB sailing fixture, held at Banbury Sailing Club, Boddington Reservoir, produced a fabulous afternoon of sailing with close competition and a narrow win for the School.
Each team had seven members, so they could both employ a reserve. While all three races were won by the school, they were all close and there were some great team racing tactics on show.
The barbecue laid on by OB captain, Tom Mawby-Groom (Sy 89-94), was a great spread and helped to make this a relaxed but competitive occasion.
