We are very pleased with the achievements of our Fifth Form students in the recent GCSE papers. Set against a backdrop of the national picture of a lowering of grades to pre-covid levels, we are absolutely delighted by the examination scores our Bloxhamists achieved, particularly at grades 8/9. Our pupils and teachers have all put a huge amount of time and effort into preparation for exams, and it’s wonderful to see their hard work paying off.
Headmaster Paul Sanderson shares,
Congratulations to all of our students who achieved such good grades in their GCSEs. This is testimony to their hard work, our high expectations and their aspirations over the past two years. Their success at GCSE has opened many doors to them on their life journey and we look forward to them joining us in the Sixth Form to help lead the school. It is amazing to think that this fine cohort of Bloxham students have not only achieved in their academics but have been successful at sport, drama, debating, music, art, and in fact in every aspect of Bloxham’s broader curriculum.
We look forward to welcoming this year group back in September to begin their Sixth Form journey.
